Anche Peugeot... e Honda?

Resta interessante il fatto che Honda proponga l'HR-V nei vari mercati come antagonista a volte della Qashqai, più spesso della Juke, 'coerentemente' a quale dei due modelli risulta leader nel mercato di riferimento.
Preoccupante è poi il fatto che in alcuni contesti non troppo dissimili da quello europeo (vedi Australia), l'HR-V abbia cannibalizzato una buona fetta delle vendite della CR-V.
Come a dire, o a confermare, che in quanto a strategie di marketing, in effetti, c'è ancora da lavorare.

Negli USA non mi pare ci stata nessuna cannibalizzazione... certo è una materia delicata e le due SUV Honda, sopratutto avendo il motore in comune, sono molto "vicine".

io posseggo un CR-V del 2007 ed il mio migliore amico a marzo si è fatto il Cashcai nuovo.
Dimensini esterne a parte, nel mio si sta come in poltrona e c'entra di tutto, nella sua (da crossover sportivo) si sta strettini e c'entra il giusto (nel bagagliaio).
Ma anche l'impatto esterno è totalmente differente. CR-V piazzato, Cashcai quasi snello.

Il 1.8L che Honda monta sull'HR-V in USA, Australia, Asia, etc., è lo stesso delle loro Civic. Le CR-V d'oltreoceano hanno 2.0L e 2.4L, un filo più recenti.
La CR-V negli USA si vende e si venderà come il pane, ma in Australia e in Asia qualcosa sta cambiando.

...Honda Australia director Stephen Collins admits he's unhappy with CR-V sales but expects a new marketing campaign in the second half of this year and a smaller 1.6-litre diesel variant early next year to buoy sales.
"We're not entirely happy with CR-V [sales], so that'll be a focus for the second half [of 2015]," he said. "
"We need to get on more shopping lists. Volume still pretty good but there are a lot of new entrants and we need to get amongst it."
But the biggest problem for the CR-V appears to be the customers downsizing to the Japanese brand's all-new HR-V compact SUV.
"HR-V is the second best-selling privately purchased small SUV and the vast majority is incremental... but some [buyers] have come from CR-V," said Collins.
In fact, despite only going on sale in February, the HR-V has outsold the CR-V in 2015 with 3891 registrations ? well above Honda's own 800/month sales target ? making it the fourth best selling small SUV and creating delivery delays of more than two months on some versions, especially high-spec variants.
