I replaced the passenger front wing on my fabia the other day. It isn't that hard.

You will need to take the wheel off and remove the wheel arch liner (there are quite a few screws). The front bumper needs to be removed as well.

The wing is held on with 4 bolts along the top edge, two in the wheel arch, one below the A pillar which is visible when you open the door, one bolt on the sill, and a nut underneath the plastic strip at the bottom of the windscreen. There will be some fixings at the front of the wing behind where the bumper was as well. Some of the bolts needed the sealant scraping off so I could get a socket on the heads. All the fixings require a 10mm socket/spanner.

I found that undoing all the fixings was easy but the harder bit was breaking all the sealant sticking the wing to the rest of the body in the wheel arch. A good bit of tugging acheived that.

The workshop manual (can be found through these forums) has details of how to do it. Haynes tells you how to take off the bumper but not the wing.
