L'Euro NCAP ha testato la CR-V IV.
Oltre alle 5 stelle, si prende un bel 93% nella protezione degli adulti. Davvero non male.

I test effettuati negli Stati Uniti, per quanto buoni, non sono stati eccellenti (la CRV 2013 non ha ottenuto il riconoscimento "TOP SAFETY PICK+"...per il risultato modesto nel test "Small overlap" frontale, che non mi pare sia eseguito in Europa).
