GPL in Italy

Buongiorno a tutti. Sono spagnolo e non capisco completamente l'italiano, sto usando un traduttore, puoi prendermi cura di me in inglese? Grazie mille.

When an italian wants to do a GPL conversion, what's neccesary? Is it as easy to get the car into a transformation shop and pay? I guess there's need for some kind of paperwork. In Spain the GPL conversion is expensive and it's compulsory that the car meets Euro 3 at least, that means post 2001. I've a Prius converted, it costed me 2.100 euro + 18% VAT

How much difficult is to have a GPL car in Italy? I've seen some parkings with ban to GPL vehicles in Milano or Torino. I've also know the low price of the gas compared to benzina, there are enough places to fill up. Anything else? Taxes? Time limitation? What's needed in the Carta di Circolazione?
